I have worked as an insurance agent for more than 15 years, exclusively with Generali Tranquilidade. I began my career with the former Açoreana, which was later incorporated into the group.
Throughout this journey, I have supported hundreds of individual and business clients in decisions involving property, health, family and financial continuity.

I am currently the managing partner and founder of Hugo Narciso – Mediação de Seguros. My work is not simply about selling insurance: it is about analysing risks, explaining options clearly and being present when support is truly needed, especially during a claim.
I believe in close, transparent and responsible insurance advice. My goal is simple: to ensure every client knows exactly what cover they have, why they have it and how they can count on me when something happens.
